The garden cafe uses as much organic, local produce and products as possible. Of course, we are affected by the seasons and availability--in the winter we do not have as much local, organic produce. However, most of our other food and dry goods are organic. We search out our local distributors and have provided a list below. In addition to our local distributors, we seek out purveyors of the highest quality products. For example, our farro is an organic heirloom variety of extraordinary quality, purchased from a farm in South Carolina that grows corn grain products originating from the civil war era. Our food is clean and pure; we try to make its natural qualities and taste shine through. Every item is hand cut, and consciously prepared. There are no microwaves to undermine the integrity of the food.
